Happy Friday! Here is the latest and greatest...

In April 2009, Greater Toronto REALTORS® reported 8,107 sales – down seven per cent from April 2008. While April sales remained lower than last year, the resale housing market gained momentum on a month-over-month basis.

What is Nw on Resale Market:

"Price Reduction" for Seaton Street 3 Storey CabbageTown townhome reduced from $679,900 to $649,900. Top notch craftsmanship and many original details remain. This house is price to sell.

"New Listing at Cedarvale Park" This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom newly renovated bungalow. The custom kitchen and walkout deck are fabulous. The asking price is $374,000. It is highly recommended for a first time buyer to consider.

Featured Murano Condo Assignment:

Brand new listing - 1 bedroom at 19th Floor on MLS asking for $258,990. No locker and no parking while our price is $229,000. Please check our Price List.

What's new on Renter's Market:

Two "1 plus den" suites are available at Scrivener Square asking for $1550/month and $1900/month. Please call for more information.

The Globe and Mail has a very interesting interactive feature that shows the Recent Price Movements of Toronto's downtown core. By moving your cursor on the map, the tool shows the price movement of the interested area. It is quite intelligent but this is still a beta version, it is not 100% accurate yet.

That is it for this week!! Have a Great Weekend!
